Post, upload to, transmit, distribute, store, create or otherwise publish or make available through the Marketplace or any Cloud Product any content that is unlawful, libellous, defamatory, offensive to any religious or moral groups, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable; or• Not disclose, share, or permit their Access Details with any third party, without obtaining your prior consent; and• STC Cloud Policies means all STC Cloud policies that apply to your use of the Marketplace or STC Cloud's services, including the Privacy Policy and STC Cloud's billing policy, in each case as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with their terms and as may be notified to you by STC Cloud or as may be made available on the Marketplace from time to time

STC Cloud: Any delay in invoicing shall not relieve you of your duty to pay the fees due for your consumption of use of Cloud Products pursuant to these Terms of Use
stc: We hope you will be happy with the products that you subscribe to through the Marketplace, however, please note that STC Cloud provides those products which are clearly labelled as STC Cloud Products and Independent Cloud Products
