Of course no parking at all, you will park far, and go back to your car to find a fine because that parking wasn't legal | Once I missed my appointment for braces because I was sick and I called 2 days prior to the appointment day, yet they didn't give me another appointment for a week, then after that week that gave me another one |

Some of the staff are friendly, but this is not enough to pardon them being so unprofessional.
