Changing your posture: The Prophet of Allah said, "When one of you becomes angry while standing, he should sit down | There should also be some benefit in the anger |

Beware of the ingratitude of those with blessings | Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, ask Him for support, for Muhammad ﷺ was caused to prevail on the day of Badr with fewer than your numbers |
" One of them said, "We seek refuge with Prophet, Prophet of Allah, from ingratitude for the blessings of Allah | Because almost everyone struggles with anger at some time or another in their lives, this comprehensive and far-reaching advice should be applied to everyone |

However, this view may lead to narrowing the benefit of the hadith to just one individual | If a person gets angry, then he or she should exercise muhasabah holding the self accountable for the mistakes committed, what led to them, and how to overcome them in the future |
He would extol a blessing, however small, and he would not find fault with any aspect of it.
He said to the salam with his hand and said, "Beware of the ingratitude of those with blessings | That is why the Prophet mentioned in another hadith: "The powerful man is not the one who can wrestle, but the powerful man is the one who can control himself at the time of anger |

Harmful Effects of Getting Angry There are many harmful effects of getting angry | When he was angry, he turned away and averted his face, and when he was happy, he lowered his gaze |
